Adductors (inner thighs):
responsible for balance and explosive power

Glutes (buttocks):
stabilises and supports back

Abdominal Wall:

* Transversus Abdominus – lower abs
* Rectus Abdominus – middle abs which is your "8-pack"
* Obliques – side abs
